How can I book a property?
You may contact us via the online contact form or directly via phone or e-mail.
- Do we have to pay a security deposit?
A security deposit of €200 is to be paid upon arrival in cash or to be transferred via bank wire in advance. The security deposit will be refunded upon departure.
- Is a refund possible?
No.
- Will the apartment be cleaned?
Yes. A professional cleaning service will be performed every week in all areas of the apartment. In addition, bed linen with be changed every 14 days.
- What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in & Check-out can be arranged individually. Please contact us for special requests.
- Is smoking allowed in Apartment?
Smoking is not permitted in our properties. You are welcome to make use of outside areas, such as the patio or balcony.
- Are pets allowed?
In consideration of people with allergies, taking pets into the building is not permitted.
- Do you offer apartments suitable for people with various allergies.
The apartments are NOT allergy-free certified.
